Author Michael Townsend Williams could have filled the tent twice over at last year's festival, so we are thrilled to welcome him back in September. Adman turned yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, Michael is an advocate of ‘welldoing’ – leading a busy and productive life, but not at the expense of our health and wellbeing. And key to this? Our breath.
